Lake Use Members can boat and fish 24/7 year-round, using their own discretion to determine safe conditions with particular attention to the weather. A membership includes all permanent residents of the household of the primary member. Fishing is Catch & Release. Boats are easily launched from Mountain Lake Club's private launch with members given the combination to the padlock for ready access. No gasoline motors.
Annual Lake Use Fee: $399 ~ no initiation fee

Only MLC members and holders of Lake Privileges Permits are authorized to use the Lake. Owning property abutting the Lake does not give a

BY RESERVATION ONLY: RENT MLC's 21 ft pontoon party boat & cruise our 55-acre lake for $25 per hour, minimum 2 hours
RENT a canoe for $12 per hour minimum 2 hours
RENT a paddleboat for $15 per hour, min 1 hour.

• Fishing is catch & release, no gas motors. Members with gasoline engines must pull the engine up and encase it in a plastic bag to protect the lake from accidental gas leakage
• Two 100-foot piers off the beach make it easy to fish in some of the deepest waters ~ the outside pier is beside water that's nearly 80 feet deep! (pictured at top of this page)
