FISHING information

LAKE USE - FISHING

• Fishing in Lake Shannondale is catch & release only. 

• Fishing from the boat launch and the PerfectAim Axe & Pickleball areas are allowed. Fishing from the dam is strictly prohibited.

• Fishing from the piers in the Bathing Beach Area is only allowed during MLC’s hours of operation when MLC Staff is present.
  Please do not fish in the swimming area when swimmers are present.

COST:

• MLC MEMBERS FISH FOR FREE! Fishing Access is part of your Mountain Lake Club Membership.
  There is no additional charge for MLC Members to fish on Lake Shannondale.

• Non-Members can fish after obtaining a fishing pass from MLC Staff.

  • Ages 13 & older / Adults: $10 each

  • Ages 5-12: $7 each

  • Ages 4 & under: Free
